BAKWAAS IS BACK WITH BREAD

First appeared in 1998 on the back page of Delhi Times with the headline "Bakwaas Advertising , First Class Bread ". The headline itself was enough to grab the attention of the reader to continue with the desi comic content in the body copy. Thereafter the campaign continued for 52 weeks , publishing the advertisement on the back page of Delhi Times , in the fixed position , and only on Fridays.

Now Harvest Gold is back!!

It is again on Delhi Times at the back page, same print design , same headline but with the more latest and fresh content , which proves the consistency of the campaign even after a decade .
The half Punjabi, half English language with fun elements hooks the readers till the end . That's what have made Harvest Gold Delhi's No1 Brand....oops *Bread* !!

Are you a fan of the match ? Bhagat Singh ?

The stadium was silent. Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru had just walked into the stands. Are you the wildest Kings XI fan in the stadium? Then you are fan of the match...”

The advertisement that appeared on March 13 in a Chandigarh newspaper has sparked the controversy for using the name of freedom fighter in a publicity run by IPL Team KINGS XI PUNJAB. Over this, Bhagat Singhs's grandson, Abhey Singh Sandhu, has taken a legal recourse and filed a criminal suit against the marketers of the team. The ad appeared on the martyr day of the legends which further hurted the sentiments of the concerned people.

The advertisement was withdrawn immediately after Preity Zinta,  chairperson and promoter, of KINGS XI PUNJAB apologized for the act as soon as she realized about the hurted sentiments of the people.
